About Brad: 
Brad Wattum is an award winning real estate agent known for his honest, friendly, prompt
service. Brad has been licensed since 2003 and has been helping his clients buy and sell Vancouver residential real estate ever since.
Brad is a third generation British Columbian: My mother, father, and 2 of 4 grandparents, were born and raised in the province. so I definitely feel a part of the local area. I was raised in North Vancouver graduated from Carson Graham Secondary, and attended the professional theatre training program at Langara College's Studio 58.
After working for a decade as a professional actor I became disenchanted with the industry, so I decided to take on my most important role and started studying for my Real Estate licence; with a score of 96% on my final exam, I immediately knew I made the correct decision. I find my chosen career extremely rewarding, fulfilling, and I have never looked back. 
Currently my beautiful wife, Chieri, and I live in the South Granville area. It is a wonderful neighbourhood with many shops, services, and easily accessible to the areas I professionally service: Vancouver West, Vancouver East, North Vancouver, and West Vancouver. I do not know how many times I have crossed the Lions Gate Bridge, easily thousands
